HSQE
- Plan: Office and shipboard personnel contribution to develop and continually improve documented operating practices, dedication in those operating practices effective implementation.
- Do: Establishment of an Integrated Management system encompassing the requirements of ISM, ISO9001, ISO14001, MLC-2006 and other statutory, national and international maritime legislation.
- Act: Analysis of audits, inspections and identified deficiencies and incident investigations. Sharing of lessons learned and actions taken to avoid reoccurrence with all interested parties Internally and externally. Regular shipboard & shore based Management Reviews.
- Check: Close monitoring of Management system Implementation through audits and frequent in-house & third-party ship inspections.
